SIKKIM: has a very rough topography due to which there are very less flat lands in Sikkim. The rivers and mountains are the main physical features that define the boundaries of the state of Sikkim with its neighboring countries. Besides the rivers and mountains, the glaciers, mountain passes, lakes, hot springs and waterfalls are also found in this region. The Kanchenjunga mountain, one of the highest mountain peak in the world is also situated in Sikkim. The Yumthang hot springs are the famous hot springs located in Sikkim. These hot springs are rich in Sulphur content and have high medicinal value. Gurudogmar, Cholamu, Changu, Bidang Cho, Menmecho, Kechopari are some of the lakes which are also found in Sikkim.

DAY 01: BAGDOGRA - DARJEELING

On Arrival  Bagdogra Airport . Meet our representative & transfer to Darjeeling (100 Kilometers, 4 hours) – Situated at an elevation of 2123 meters / 70001 feet, the land of breathtaking beauty, amidst rolling tea gardens, crowned by the majestic Himalayas – This international destination is popularly known as the Queen of the hills – Jewel in the crown of the Eastern Himalayas with mesmerizing beauty offers spectacular views of the Mount Everest, Mount Kanchendzonga and the rest of spectacular Himalayan range – Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is one more attraction  – Reach Darjeeling and check into the hotel – In the evening one is free to stroll around Mall / local market  – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 02: DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

At about 3:40 AM drive to Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial – Back to hotel for breakfast – An hour rest and again the second round of Sightseeing  – Tenzing Rock, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Lebong Race course,  Ropeway, Gorkha Stadium, Gorkha  handicraft, Tibetans Refugee center, Tea garden – lunch at hotel or on the way – Japanese Peace Pagoda, Natural History Museum, Ava Art Gallery, Lal Kothi, rock garden and Ganga Maiya Park bare sightseeing spot and can be visited as per the days program – Sightseeing places are dynamically set depending upon the road condition and time factors – it is not possible to visit all the places but the important ones are covered for the satisfaction of guest – Evening free to roam around the any of the hundred nurseries or the Local market area – Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 03: DARJEELING - GANGTOK

Morning breakfast and check out of the hotel & Drive to  Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim the 22nd state of India – The diversity is from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India – It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies – One of the peaceful city of India where one can roam around carefree till midnight – Plucking Orchids or catching butterflies is a crime in this state of India – Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – Over Night stay at Gangtok.

DAY 04: GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Early Morning breakfast – After breakfast drive for the   city tour of Gangtok – Sightseeing will be the day covering part of the day hence the drive will be easy and comfortable – Visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery, one of the finest monastery where His holy Dalai Lama stayed for some time,  Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok and other view Point, etc – Gangtok sightseeing is for 3 ½ to 4 hours – There are few optional sightseeing like Ban Jhakri Fall / Ranka Monastery with additional cost payable to the Vehicle owner on spot – Back to hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – Over Night stay at Gangtok.

DAY 05: GANGTOK – TSOMGO LAKE - GANGTOK

Visit Tsomgo lake. Also visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. (In case of Tsomgo lake not accessible we will visit the Sampdruptse Stupa at Namachi village – Namchi, meaning ‘Sky High’, nestled among the hills at an elevation of 5,500 ft commands panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and vast stretches of valley. Evening back to the hotel in Gangtok.

DAY 06: GANGTOK – BAGDOGRA

Morning after  breakfast timely transfer  to Bagdogra airport  to board the flight for  your onward journey.
